For an engine installed in a hydraulic system
to work properly, it is necessary to install
one of these valves which enables protecting
and regulating said engine. That valve is
the combination of a pressure regulation valve
and balanced piston, two stages relieve with
four retentions; after which this model is
named.
The pressure regulation valve is adjusted
to the maximum pressure value to which the
engine will be submitted, keeping a constant
system pressure, thus avoiding charge excess
or undesirable stress in the engine. Retention
valves enable fluid circulation and achieve
braking and/or gradual motion inversion according
to a pre-set regulation.
