Solenoid
operated valves. Simple and double coil return.
Board assembly. Model 50. Size CETOP 5 NG
10.
This valve model is characterized for its
low probability to produce temporary phenomena,
thanks to the use of especially designed rods.
When used with a VRC-M-12-VAB-X valve for
commutation, this process is carried out with
an outstanding swiftness. In order to optimize
the performance of the hydraulic system which
uses this valve, we offer certain controls
as flow volume regulation by limiting the
main rod stroke (be it simple or double).
When using normal exhaust rods it is necessary
to create a minimum commutation pressure due
to the rod centering coils, of approximately
7kg/cm². This process is normally carried
out by a retention valve on the P channel
in the case of external piloting, or on the
T channel, when using internal piloting.
- Rod operation with electro-piloting or hydro-piloting
activated.
- Board assembly according to CETOP RP 121
H 4.2.4. R05, UNI ISO 4401-AC-05-4-A.
- Main rod stroke limitation.
- Optional pressure reduction valve (VR-M-12-B-PT)
for electro-piloting valve
- Optional flow volume regulating valve (VCR-M-12-VAB-X)
to make commutation swifter.
- Suitable to operate with flow volumes up
to 120 l/min and pressures up to 210 kg/cm²
according to the fluid and the kind of rod.
