Solenoid
operated valves. Simple and double coil return.
Board assembly. Model 75. Size CETOP 8 NG
22.
These valves are available with two, three
or four channels and are activated through
an electromagnetic pilot or hydro-pilot. The
distributor is normally constituted by a main
body to command the fluid in the system and
by an electrical valve to activate the distributor.
These valves are available in different versions.
Just as it happens in every commanded valve,
in the case they operate with tank-operated
rods, it is necessary to generate a piloting
pressure of approximately 5 Kg/cm², in
order to compress the main rod centering coils.
Generally, a retention valve on the P channel
is used when external piloting is required,
and on the T channel when internal piloting
is required.
Two kinds of standard assembly boards with
screwed connections in 3/4” NPT and
in 1” NPT are manufactured for this
valve model.
-Board assembly according to CETOP 8 / NG
22.
-Induction coils can be changed without interfering
in the hydraulic circuit.
-It is possible to add a device to reduce
pressure and regulate the flow towards the
commutation electro-valve.
-It is possible to regulate the flow volumes
by means of main rod stroke-controllers in
one or both channels.
-Suitable to operate with flow volumes up
to 350 l/min and pressures up to 210 kg/cm²
according to the fluid and the kind of rod.
