Solenoid
operated valves. Simple and double coil return.
Board assembly. Model 125. Size CETOP 10 NG
32.
Directional
control valves model #-SPH-#-#-125-#-# conform
a set of control valves and are generally
used to control flow volumes of about 1000
l/min. These valves are developed with the
so-called rod-movable system and commanded
by a direct action electrical valve (#-SPH-#-125-#-#).
This set offers the best performance and speed
response in this valve size. This system enables
a wide range of options as regards the main
rod piloting.
In the case where tank-drained rods are normally
used, it is necessary to generate a pilot
pressure of about 7 kg/cm². In order
to compress the coils that center the main
rod, a retention valve is normally used on
the P channel, when external piloting is required,
and on the T channel, when internal piloting
is required. When the selected option is internal
piloting, it will never be possible to use
internal drainage with this kind of rods.
-
Offers the possibility to add a pressure
reduction valve (VR-M-25-B-PT) for the piloting
electrical valve.
- Offers the possibility to add a pressure
reduction valve (VRC-M-25-VAB-X) to make
the main rod commutation swifter.
- Assembly according to CETOP 10/NG32 board
assembly.
- Main rod stroke limitation.
- Induction coil change or replacement without
interference in the hydraulic system.
- Suitable to operate with flow volumes
up to 1000 l/min and pressures up to 320
kg/cm².
