Combined
pressure control valves
(1 zero pressure + 1 controlled pressure)
Line and board assembly. Models 75 and 125.
Sizes 3/4” NPT and 1” 1/4 BSPT.
Pressure control and release electro-piloted
valves are a combination of two elements:
the RP-#-75 -# valve with two states of balanced
piston plus a SH-4-12-# (CETOP 3) directional
valve developed to select one or two pressure
values in the system.
This model admits two different pressures:
a controlled pressure and an exhaust pressure,
and it is possible to supply it normally (without
the need to energize the solenoid), be it
with a tank or closed. These valves are manufactured
in two sizes: 3/4” and 1” 1/4;
both of them in line and board assembly versions.
- Deactivated actuator with exhaust
pump (NA).
- Deactivated actuator, controlled pressure
in the circuit due to the valve regulation
(NC).
- Manual pressure regulation by means of an
Allen screw with internal hexagon or by means
of a wheel with a block nut.
Suitable to operate with flow volumes up to
457 l/min and pressures up to 210 kg/cm²
in two ranges: B > 10 - 80 Kg/cm²
- F > 15 - 210 Kg/cm².
